The PSG is one of the largest owners of service and commercial properties in the greater Berlin area. Our range of services includes all areas of real estate management, real estate investments, and project development.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a

REAL ESTATE AGENT / REAL ESTATE MANAGER (M/F/D)

Your tasks:

  • Comprehensive commercial management of our commercial properties
  • Correspondence with tenants, authorities, and external parties
  • Contract management, including drafting rental contracts/addendums and terminations
  • Property inspections, handovers, and acceptance of rental spaces
  • Close cooperation with the technical property management team
  • Invoice review and approval
  • Debt management and monitoring of collection procedures
  • Support and assistance to the management for annual shareholder meetings

Ideally, you bring the following profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in real estate or have a comparable background
  • Experience in commercial property management
  • You have a solid understanding of rental and contract law
  • You are proficient in common MS Office tools, such as Word and Excel
