Position Type: Part -Time

Essential Functions:

Applies expertise to support program development, project execution, business and technical operations, strategic initiatives, workforce development, or as required to support technical and organizational tasks
Provides expert advice and recommendations in particular program areas such as strategic business management of DoD programs/systems, and/or specialties related to information technology, engineering, acquisition, hardware/software engineering
Supports User Engagement Events to capture and document software enhancements
Provides research and development white papers to capitalize on new software opportunities, streamline processes in support of DoD programs/systems
Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

At least twelve (12) years of recent hands-on experience in one of the following areas: Aviation Logistics, IT Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in Information Technology

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

BS or BA degree in a Business, Management or Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
