Job Overview:
Duties:
- Deliver medical supplies, including medications and equipment, to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities
- Adhere to aseptic techniques when handling and transporting pharmaceutical products
- Provide exceptional patient service during deliveries
- Safely transport IV infusions and critical care items
- Familiarity with medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Handle inhalation medications with care and attention to detail
Skills:
- Prior experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred
- Knowledge of aseptic technique for handling sterile products
- Understanding of hospital procedures and protocols
- Proficiency in IV infusion procedures
- Strong patient service skills for interacting with medical staff and patients
- Ability to work in acute care settings for timely deliveries
- Competency in medication administration practices
Job Types:
