Business Office Manager
Woodruff Care Home is looking for an experienced Business Office Manager to join the Assisted Living Team. They are currently offering full-time, with benefits and opportunities for bonus and 401k. Come be a part of this dynamic team and help care for our lovely residents.


Hours:

Pay:
$20-25/hour DOE


Duties:


  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
  • Supervise and train office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development
  • Ensure phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members
  • Manage and oversee team performance, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
  • Plan and organize office events, such as meetings, conferences, and teambuilding activities
  • Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues

Experience:


  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent supervisory and team management abilities
  • Proficient in payroll processing and employee record management
  • Knowledge of office procedures and equipment maintenance
  • Experience in event planning is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
