    Your Impact:

    The Human Resources Manager Ensures organizational talent prepared to deliver exceptional performance, through partnership with business leaders and by building strong organizational capabilities and culture. The Human Resources Manager will utilize functional/technical expertise to develop, implement, manage, and continuously improve strategies and tactics related to talent management, talent sustainability & Inclusion, employee experience & engagement, rewards & recognition, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and leading in the community.

    Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager

    Talent Management: Develop, implement, and manage organizational programs relative to team member development, retention, performance management, onboarding, career development, and succession planning, to ensure a talent pipeline that will successfully enable current strategies and future growth.

    Inclusive Culture / Employee Engagement: Build a culture that empowers all employees to bring their true and most productive selves to work. Embed diversity and inclusion in all people practices. Provide recommendations to managers on how to respond to emerging workplace trends and or how to address team member needs or issues within the guard rails of legal compliance and culture. Assist in implementation of team member engagement surveys, feedback sessions, and action planning. Actively personify and advocate for the company's culture, brand, and values.

    Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to evaluate talent needs and ensure acceptable staffing levels (current and future). Manage the full recruiting process. Focus on interviewing and selection to ensure a consistent, high quality talent pipeline. Assist hiring managers with the effective use of selection criteria and onboarding tools.

    Process Improvement: Identify, advocate for, and implement best practices across all areas of the business; simplify or reduce non-value added processes. Help business units identify and resolve opportunities for increased efficiency or decreased bureaucracy. Enable and ensure compliance in regulated practices pertinent to department. Advocate for team member involvement and empowerment in decision making.

    Requirements of the Human Resources Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • 4 years experience in Human Resources roles of increasing responsibility, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • 2 years full cycle recruiting experience with positions of varying levels
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, the desire to connect with employees, and the ability to coach others
  • Ability to build strong relationships, influence managers and leaders, and speak truth to power
  • Ability to plan, implement, and monitor strategic programs to advance business objectives
  • Must be comfortable being the sole HR practitioner on site, able to self-manage day to day, set personal milestones and schedule, and operate with a bias for action in a performance driven culture.
  • Previous experience using data and analysis to support decision making and proposals, data storytelling.
  • Intermediate MS office skills, particularly Excel skills with the ability to create pivot tables, conditional formatting, and v-lookups preferred
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30% for the time
  • Experience with Human Resources tools such as SuccessFactors, ADP Report processing, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn learning, and TalentLMS preferred
