Position Overview:

We are seeking a polished and proactive individual to join our esteemed team as a Concierge in our exclusive high-end environment.

The Concierge will be responsible for providing impeccable service to our discerning clientele during weekend hours, ensuring their needs are met with precision and elegance.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression. Assist with inquiries, reservations, and special requests, ensuring prompt and personalized service at all times.

Luxury Services Coordination: Coordinate luxury services such as transportation arrangements, dining reservations, spa appointments, and entertainment bookings for guests seeking a bespoke experience. Anticipate guest preferences and proactively suggest tailored recommendations to enhance their stay.

Security and Safety: Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure the security and safety of guests and property during weekend hours. Monitor access to restricted areas, respond to emergencies, and escalate any incidents or concerns as necessary to uphold the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.

Communication and Collaboration: Liaise effectively with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to coordinate guest requests and resolve any issues promptly. Foster a collaborative environment and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality or concierge role, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or highend residential setting.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
