We are looking for a reliable and organized
Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities.

In this position, you will contribute in an administrative capacity by assisting our teams on projects, supporting human resources, organizing company events and arranging employee training sessions.


This position is responsible for all planning, recording of mustard production units and hours, and reporting of production yields, material usage and labor variances.

This position will also be responsible for closing all salad pack/mustard jobs.


RESPONSABILITIES

  • Follow all Company standards, policies, & procedures.
  • Attend required meetings (daily production meetings).
  • Generate & maintain weekly production plan & adjust accordingly to mitigate risk of product shortages.
  • Work with management in coordinating & planning production activities to improve runtime.
  • Develop & review production plan with Managers for approval.
  • Analyze back orders, current orders, & upcoming orders to prioritize, plan & schedule production operations.
  • Monitor the execution of production plan & resolve any potential issues in a prompt fashion.
  • Responsible for planning production of finished goods & components needed.
  • Ensure each planning operation meets production & shipping dates according to customer orders & lead times.
  • Perform mathematical calculations to determine machine time requirements.
  • Determine the status of scheduled jobs & alters schedule to meet unforeseen events or conditions.
  • Prepare defined work packages, including detailed instructions, bills of materials, reworks, ingredient thawing,
- formula deviations, etc.

  • Monitor analyzes & report performance to schedule production & production support activities.
  • Interface with other department to coordinate lead times, new product launches, production time, ingredient &
- packaging needs, shortages, & formula deviations.

  • Assist in managing inventory levels based on forecasts, sales orders & safety stocks with mínimal waste.
  • Request & create reports needed for a more expedient production schedule.
  • Resolve problems utilizing acquired knowledge & analytical abilities.
  • Reporting of mustard production yields, material usage and labor variances.
  • File all mustard tags and mustard production reports assuring they match up item by item.
  • Responsible to close all mustard, soup and salad jobs.
  • Collaborates with production supervisors, warehouse & inventory team to check, adjust & close all production jobs.
  • Gather/enter all data to close salad pack/mustard jobs.
  • All jobs must be closed on a timely manner.
  • If no variances, all jobs must be closed daily for prior day.
  • If variations on open jobs, investigate, research, and reconcile in person or on the floor all deviations for job closing on targeted days procedures.

REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Highly organized, detail orientated, selfmotivated & able to work with & for other managers.
  • Strong at analyzing data & researching to solve problems.
  • Effective communication & people skills are extremely important.
  • Excellent administrative judgment with the ability to multitask & coordinate tasks that support the staff.
  • Strong teamoriented personality that enjoys working in a fast paced, everchanging environment.
  • Thinks strategically while acting tactically to meet goals.
  • Talent for introducing innovative administrative systems & programs.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficient in PC operating systems & office support software, including MS Office.
  • 5+ years' experience in an inventorybased ERP system, working in a productionbased facility.
  • 23+ years' work experience in production & inventory environment.
  • Experience with ERP Software.
  • Strong analytic, communication, & people skills.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills interpersonal.

DESIRED:


  • A.A. Degree preferred.
  • ERP systems (preferably ROSS)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing environment and practices

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
