- Support engineering design and project execution for water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, designers, and construction managers, to deliver integrated and optimized solutions.
- Manage offshore engineering support teams, ensuring clear communication, effective coordination, and quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies and provide expert advice on process optimization and technology selection.
- Interface with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, presenting project designs, progress updates, and technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in the development of proposals, including technical scoping, cost estimation, and project planning.
- Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in constructions projects, preferably in the water or Process industry.
- Solid understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and offshore engineering teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels of management.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management systems.
- Ability to travel as required for project needs.
- Familiarity with various water treatment methods, technologies, and equipment.
- Knowledge of the design and engineering principles specific to water treatment facilities.
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework related to water treatment, environmental standards, and construction.
- Proficiency in project management software, CAD tools, and other relevant software used in engineering and construction.
