El Morfi Grill is looking for a Head Chef to join our team. We are a family owned restaurant established in 1991. We are well known for our authentic Argentine and Italian flavors made by our family recipes We look forward to working with you.

Job Summary:

The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and assisting in the development of menu items.


Essential Functions:

• Experience in Argentine Cuisine is preferred.
• Must be experienced in pizzas, pastas and steaks.
• Oversee all culinary operations of the kitchen, grill, and fryers.
• Assist in developing menu items.
• Oversee and train all kitchen staff in food prep, food preparation, food service, and sanitation.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure that all food products are stored properly and in proper temperature control areas.
• Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in culinary or restaurant management preferred.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation will depend on how much experience you have.
