Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests
- Providing expert advice on the food and beverage offerings on board
- Proper service with all necessary pre and postevent preparations
- Active selling
- Cleaning and maintenance of assigned salons, including glass surfaces
- Rearranging for events and charter cruises
- Proper invoicing and billing for guests and companies
- Collaborating on crossdepartmental team tasks
- Accurate billing for guests and the company
- Managing and accounting for inventory
- Careful handling of inventory and materials
- Compliance with safety regulations and service instructions
- Compliance with the guidelines of the General Equal Treatment Act
