We are looking for a team member who is looking to grow with our practice while enhancing your own professional skills.

This team member must have a great attitude, is motivated to always learn to better the care we provide, is not afraid to take the initiative, enjoys interacting and making patients feel comfortable during procedures, takes infection control seriously,


We are looking for a chairside assistant for our main general dentist who does composites, crowns, 3D scanning and printing, CBCT scans, bridges, extractions, RCTs, implant placements and restorations, dentures, and more.

We would love to have our assistant be involved in the care we provide such as taking quality diagnostic radiographs, impressions, 3D scanning, and more.

Time management skills are important.

Will also be doing instrument sterilization processing, involved with ordering supplies at the office, maintenance of equipment, providing support to other team members, and more.


There will also be an opportunity to work with our other doctor who is a general dentist specializing in tongue and lip ties.

At this time, her passion is supporting the mother baby dyad on their feeding journey. This doctor utilizes her CO2 laser to provide infant frenectomies. She is also starting to see children and adults as well for functional frenuloplasties.

She works with a team of collaborative providers of lactation specialists, chiropractors, craniosacral therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, midwives, doulas, and so many more She is growing this side of the practice and with that growth involves holding professional events to network with her colleagues and to provide education to those who want to learn more about working together.

We work with a dental coach that holds meetings with us to help guide us in the way we want to provide quality of care that is consistent in what we do.


BENEFITS:
Medical insurance offered after 90 days of employment

Hours
Monday-Thursday, 8 hour working days

There will be some occasional Fridays for training or additional work days with patients in which those hours can vary from 4-6 hours.


Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
