Full Time Production Worker $ 18 - $20/hour

Summary:

Hiring for 1st shift Monday-Friday in between 6am to 3pm for scheduled 8-hour shifts.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Work on our assembly line
• Perform pre

- and post-production tasks

• Keep area and equipment clean
• Troubleshoot machinery and other equipment issues as needed
• Participate in and successfully complete all Company approved and required training, audits, etc.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and Superior quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned

Important Qualifications to Your Success:

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior production/manufacturing experience a plus
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Able to adapt to a fastpaced environment and flexible to do other job duties through rotation
• Consistently arrives to work on time, returns timely from breaks, and meets attendance guidelines
• Willingness to raise questions and concerns over issues
• Good observation, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills
• Selfaware, positive attitude
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Shows moral courage, openness, and honesty in all dealings

Education and Experience:
1+ years of experience in production within manufacturing, ideally in the food or beverage industry

• The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 65 pounds as needed

• Must be able to work in a refrigerated (50 degrees) food manufacturing environment
• The noise level in the work environment is usually low

Required Training:

This position requires training in Good Manufacturing Practices as well as on how to identify food safety issues such as temperature control, cross-contamination, sanitation and cleanliness of the lines, etc.; critical to the effective implementation of the Food Safety Plan and the maintenance of food safety, quality and process efficiency.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
