    Service Customer Experience Specialist

    Tallahassee, FL

    Full Time

    This role enhances the customer service experience by helping to organize and streamline the service process.

    This role is responsible for keeping the service drive clean and orderly, welcoming service clients, and offering vehicle technology assistance as needed.

    The Work Stuff:
    Vehicle transport
    Vehicle/Lot Management
    Greeting/directing/assisting/and relationship building with customers
    Assist clients with vehicle technology questions as needed
    Perform professional and knowledgeable demonstrations of vehicles (As needed)
    Maintain dealer training
    Administrative and Reception duties
    Positive attitude
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
    Comfortable working computers and learning new software
    Ability to learn, retain, and articulate new information
    Ability to independently define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
    Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, percentages, and taxes Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
    Self-starter

    Posses the drive, desire, and determination to meet production goals and expectations Must be comfortable communicating with customers on all platforms, i.e.

    phone/text/email/video
