Position Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for maintaining production of Surgical Table products to meet customer requirements.
Shift: 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday & 7:00am-11:00am on Friday

Duties:
- Ability to assemble based on knowledge of the functions of major component parts and subassemblies within an assigned area.
- Use and understand torque wrenches and test equipment and trouble shoot.
- Maintain published productivity standards on moderately challenging assemblies by utilizing a traveler, blueprint and standard work.
- Maintain high quality standards (meet the departments published quality rating).
- Maintain safe work areas and practice safe work habits.
Education Degree:
- High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience:
- Computer Skills to include Microsoft Office, and Shop Floor Control
- Ability to read blueprints, knowledge of schematics
- Experience using torque wrenches and test equipment and related troubleshooting.
- Ability to make decisions and stay quality focused
- Ability to understand and follow work instructions, both written and oral.
- Ability to adapt to conditions as dictated by business requirements.
- Proven teamwork experience.
- Ability to work overtime, if required.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior AS400 experience preferred
- Experience with hydraulics and electrical component assemblies desired.
