Looking for a part-time weekday job with flexible hours? We have a rare opening for a part time casual position to supplement our team during peak periods.

Hours are flexible and casual meaning you can dictate your schedule during the week. Can easily co-exist around children school schedules, college classes, or other conflicts. Could expand to full time in the future if you want it to or could stay flexible.

This is the only non full-time position in the entire company so it's a great opportunity to work with a highly dedicated and great team of coworkers without having to work 40 hours per week.

This job will be during the weekdays part time in our East Moline office. Hours will fall between 7am-4pm (but won't be all of those hours and are flexible day to day).

They will also vary with workload so we will request you to work when we need coverage, but you maintain the ability to say no if you have a conflict.

This will be a mutual working relationship where we can help each other.

While we expect you to come in with decent computer, PC, windows skills, and a mechanical aptitude... we don't expect you to know it all the minute you walk in the door.

We do expect you to be a hard worker and there will be days that are both physically and mentally demanding juggling mixed priorities in a fast-past production environment.

A marketing background or interest is a plus but not necessary. A belief and desire to help small business owners around the country is. An ability to learn hands-on tasks and enjoy doing so is a must.

You will be in charge of meeting fulfillment job deadlines.

You may work on a production project in multiple areas including, digital print, finishing equipment operation (folding, cutting, etc), and mail prep (tabbing, sorting, addressing, envelope inserting, etc).

You must be able to juggle mixed priorities and multiple projects. This is a standing job working with your hands.

Above all you must be a learner as the tasks are varied (and we are a small rapidly growing company always undergoing change).

You should be the type who is willing to step into whatever role is needed to help out your co-workers.

We can even work around most scheduled conflicts. It doesn't matter as long as we know when to expect you and you are consistent and reliable.

When you do set your schedule for the week, you do need to be reliable on showing up when you say you will as work may be planned around your work hours.
