Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Traffic Service Clerk (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG in Ulm.

The vocational school for this apprenticeship is Robert-Franck-Schule in Ludwigsburg. During your time at the vocational school, accommodation will be provided by DB.

What to expect during your apprenticeship:

  • You will work at the DB Information and in the mobile service at the train station, where you will assist and advise our customers.
  • You will gain knowledge about travel offers, service and safety measures.
  • You will learn important basics of customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management.
  • You will become familiar with modern communication and sales systems.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) your education.
  • You have good knowledge of foreign languages.
  • You value customer and service orientation.
  • You can remain calm and organized in difficult situations.
  • You are responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile.
  • You are comfortable working in shifts, on weekends, and on holidays.
  • You are physically fit and comfortable working on the platform.
