A Project Administrator (PA) has general knowledge and understanding of commercial construction. A PA supports the project team by performing all administrative duties. Project Administrators continue to expand knowledge and take on additional tasks to support project management. A PA should produce quality work and demonstrate strong organizational skills. _ Duties/Responsibilities:
_


  • Support Project Management in all aspects of project administration including meeting arrangements, progress tracking, and documentation.
  • Complete all the steps for creating job files and processing subcontracts
  • Complete data entry into software programs (Proprietary subcontractor tracking software, Procore, and Smartbid)
  • Create plan lists, distribute plans to project team, and post plans to Procore
  • Create, distribute, and process meeting notes, plan change notifications, RFI's, and Submittals
  • Collect and assemble close out documents
  • Assist the project management team with monthly Owner Billings and Lien Releases
  • Create reimbursable invoices & follow up on accounts receivable
  • Develop and process a Notice of Completion

_Education and Experience:
_


  • High school diploma preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Procore, Smartbid, or similar construction management software systems

_The pay range for this position of employment is expected to be between $24.00/hour and $30.00/hour. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience__._
_ If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors._
