Are you a recent graduate in architecture or civil engineering looking for a job in Lake Forest? Look no further We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Architect / Civil Engineer (m/f/d) in our warranty management department.

With over 650 employees, we achieve a total turnover of 500 million euros. Our projects include residential buildings, care facilities, hotels, office and commercial spaces, with over 3,000 units completed annually. We also have young start-ups within our group, bringing innovative and market-expanding products to the table. With 20 locations, we are well-established in the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty cases in a cost-effective and customer-oriented manner. You will also be involved in implementing and optimizing our warranty strategy and standardized processes.

As a key point of contact, you will work closely with our construction managers and service department, reporting directly to the site manager.

Budget responsibility and overseeing systematic correspondence will also be part of your duties.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, as well as some experience in managing turnkey construction projects.
