    Yakima Regional Manager Role at Baker Boyer:
    Join our dynamic team at DS Baker Advisors as the Yakima Regional Manager (YRM) where you'll spearhead a team of dedicated experts in various financial fields. In this pivotal role, your main focus will revolve around leading the strategic growth initiatives for the Yakima region, which includes building and nurturing strong referral networks, enhancing business lines, and strengthening Baker Boyer's presence in the area through effective marketing activities and team expansion.

    What We Offer:

    Salary:
    Yakima Regional Manager- Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $145,000.
    Potential for incentive compensation of 10-30% of the base salary.

    Key Responsibilities:
    As the Yakima Regional Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

    Operational Excellence:
    • Implementing and executing long-term growth strategies for the Yakima region.
    • Creating and managing revenue and expense budgets.
    • Developing annual business plans.
    • Monitoring CRM client contact.
    • Overseeing building maintenance and expansion projects.
    Coaching, Leadership, and Training:
    • Leading a diverse regional team of financial experts.
    • Participating in collaborative leadership settings.
    • Recruiting and retaining talented individuals.
    • Establishing and achieving team and individual goals.
    • Providing ongoing training and support to team members.
    • Maximizing Current Baker Boyer Advantage:
    • Overseeing and enhancing team sales efforts.
    • Promoting Baker Boyer in the region and community.
    • Growing assets under management and loan portfolio.
    • Actively engaging in client retention and business development activities.
    • Participating in community outreach initiatives.
    • Exceeding annual sales and retention goals set by management.

    Expectations:
    Take charge in addressing challenges and client issues, manage time effectively to meet deadlines, demonstrate a strong understanding of the Bank's products and services, and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.

    Education and Experience:
    A four-year college or university degree in finance, accounting, business, law, or related field coupled with four to six years of client-facing service and sales experience. Prior experience in banking, finance, accounting, or law, as well as managerial expertise, will be highly beneficial.

    Skills and Qualifications:
    Key qualifications for this role include superior customer care and client retention skills, leadership proficiency, strategic planning capabilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, a strong aptitude for team management, community engagement, and continuous learning is essential.

    Physical Demands/Conditions Requirements:
    This role may require various physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities, computer literacy, and adherence to professional standards are key aspects of this position.
