The Department for Children, Youth and Families - Youth Office - Department of Childcare Facilities is seeking a

Kita Director (m/f/d) (S 13 TVöD SuE)

for the two-group kindergarten Lambertusstraße, starting on August 1st, 2024, in part-time with 35 hours per week.


The salary will be in accordance with the provisions of the TVöD based on the current occupancy numbers according to S 13 TVöD SuE.

The facility provides care and support for 45 children in groups I and II. The director's exemption share is currently 12.7 hours.

Your responsibilities

  • Management and leadership of employees and teams
  • Conceptual and pedagogical development of the facility
  • Completion of administrative tasks
  • Support of pedagogical group work
  • Networking with other kindergartens and social institutions in the local area and throughout the city
Your profile

  • Completed pedagogical training (educator)
  • Several years of experience as a director or deputy director of a kindergarten
  • Several years of experience in working with parents and cooperation partners
