    We're on the lookout for:


    Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant with a focus on pediatrics to join our diverse team at locations in Canby, Oregon.

    Type of Position:

    Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.

    Full-time:

    Commencing at 30 client hours per week. Option to work between 30-40 hours, tailoring your ideal workload.

    Base Salary:

    $50,000.00-$72,222.22 annually, depending on experience and working 40 hours.

    Rural Area Salary:

    $52,500.00-$75,833.33 annually, dependent on experience and 40 hours. (Canby/McMinnville locations only)

    Neurotherapeutics Pediatric Therapies, a nonprofit, has been supporting the community for over 35 years, offering various therapies for children and adolescents. Our team provides comprehensive services in a collaborative, family-centered, and play-oriented setting. With a commitment to quality care, we ensure access for underinsured individuals. We have multiple clinic locations across Oregon, aiming to make a positive impact on families.

    Requirements:

    • Certified Occupational Assistant degree from an accredited institution.
    • Oregon State Certified Occupational Assistant Therapy License.
    • Prior experience in pediatrics is essential.
    • CPR certification.
    • Proficiency in a play-based approach.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • High levels of professional ethics and accountability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute treatment plans and provide personalized therapy services.
    • Document all client treatment notes and reports promptly.
    • Offer home activities and caregiver education to support therapy objectives.
    • Collaborate with the client's care team.
    • Provide guidance and support to clients and families.
