    Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is hiring a Speech and Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at our Canby location. We are seeking a creative, fun, and dynamic therapist, who has a passion for helping others and a commitment to continued growth and learning. We will consider both full time or part time employees.

    Job Type: Speech and Language Pathologist
    • Full-time: 40 hours per week. Flexible work schedules available.
    • BasePay Rate : Salary $72,222.22-$94,444.44 annually. Based on experience.
    • Rural Provider Incentive Program: 5% increase in base salary (Canby location only $75,833.33-$99,

    Qualifications:
    • Speech and Language Pathologist degree from an accredited college or university.
    • State of Oregon Speech and Language Pathologist License.
    • CPR certification.
    • Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred. New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
    • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
    • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
    • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

    Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
    • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
    • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
    • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
    • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
    • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
