The maintenance tech at Culture Studio thrives off a fast-paced environment that allows you to grow each day and learn new things.
In this role, this individual may construct and install fixtures, repair and adjust production equipment as needed, and ensure optimum equipment operation.
The maintenance tech will perform routine preventative maintenance and maintain the equipment log book and spare parts inventory by performing the following duties personally.
This person can stay organized, enjoy keeping machinery and surrounding areas clean, and may be required to take care of exterior grounds.

- Clean and organize facility to maintain equipment pristine
Duties & Responsibilities
Equipment
Responsible for preventive maintenance, overhaul, and repair of production machinery and mechanical equipment
Observations
Observe machinery or mechanical equipment in operation and locates causes of trouble
Repairs
Repairs or replaces defective parts
Testing
Operates equipment and machinery to test their performance
Metal Work
Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair part
Parts Ordering
Submits purchase order requests for parts, materials, and equipment
Maintenance Record keeping
Completes daily maintenance reports and maintains accurate maintenance record
LOTO
Completes daily LOTO reports and maintains accurate maintenance records and logs to submit to OSHA monthly.
Communication
Notifies management concerning need for major repairs. Speaks with Pod leads on recurring fixes or breaks to avoid issues.
Building
Performs minor building maintenance repairs
Responsibility
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, dusts, and vacuums. Empties trash and garbage containers
Cleanliness
Maintains cleanliness of the work area, equipment and overall warehouse areas as needed
Qualifications/Skills

Education/Experience
At least 2 years of screen printing and/or digital imaging quality management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Mathematical Skills
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Language Skills
Bilingual preferred-English/Spanish.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and employees.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
