Responsibilities:


General Household Tasks

  • Assist with putting away groceries and discarding boxes from deliveries.
  • Unpack luggage after trips and ensure items are stored properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the house, including deep cleaning when necessary.

Laundry Management:


  • Handle all laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
  • Sort laundry according to care labels and handle delicate items with care.
  • Change bed linens, duvets, and relocate laundry to designated areas.

Errands and Vendor Management:


  • Send out and accept dry cleaning as needed.
  • Answer the door for vendors and assist with receiving deliveries.

Pet Care:


  • Assist with caring for two friendly, nonshedding dogs, including feeding and letting them outside when needed.

House/Dog Sitting:


  • Stay at the house and house/dog sit while the employer is away.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the house and pets during the absence of the employer.

Benefits:


  • Salary: $30 per hour.
  • Hours: Flexible schedule, either 9 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM (40 hours per week).
Paid Time Off: 10 PTO days after 6 months of employment.
Paid Sick Days: 5 paid sick days.

  • Early Bonus: Year 1 week's pay, Year 2 weeks'

Requirements:

We are looking for dedicated and professional housekeeper who possess:

  • 3 years of experience as a housekeeper, demonstrating a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and respect for privacy are crucial.
