Your Role:

As an Field Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of The Pack Labs by:


  • Lead Generation and Sales Execution: Actively creating and pursuing new sales opportunities from prospecting to closing, significantly expanding our customer base.

Customer Engagement: Visiting current and prospective clients to present our innovative product portfolio, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Strategic Planning: Managing your schedule from a home office to optimize customer contact and sales results, including order placements and follow-ups.

KPI and Revenue Targets: Owning and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales goals, utilizing all tools at your disposal such as Hubspot CRM to track progress and strategize.

Market Presence: Conducting promotional activities and partnering with Brand Ambassadors to boost market presence and achieve sales targets.

Collaboration and Support: Working closely with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure comprehensive account support, from customer service to product delivery.


What You Bring:


  • Minimum of 3 years in outside sales, with a background in hemp, cannabis, vape, beverages, or similar consumer products.
  • Experience in both direct client interaction and indirect sales through distributors or stores.
  • A robust network within the smoke shop, distributor, and convenience store sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships, driving both new business and repeat sales.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems like Hubspot or Salesforce, and comfort with Google Workspace or MS Office.
  • Autonomous work ethic coupled with excellent time management skills; you thrive in environments that require selfdirection and offer flexibility.
  • Ability to travel within and occasionally outside your designated territory, with all necessary licenses and insurances.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Competitive base salary of $48,000 $60,000, plus uncapped commission.
  • Ontarget earnings (OTE) in the first year between $90,000 and $125,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including dental, health, and vision insurance.
