- Efficiently manage precast manufacturing operations by overseeing production planning, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
- Track metrics, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data to enhance efficiencies and reduce defects.
- Implement company policies, motivate employees, and lead by example.
- Empower employees, develop training plans, and ensure product quality standards.
- Administer safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience managing a precast concrete manufacturing plant.
- Strong communication skills, production management knowledge, and experience with Lean manufacturing.
- Ability to lead, problem solve, and provide clear instructions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and manufacturing/ERP/database systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to travel occasionally.
