- Enter and process purchase orders after verifying pricing and delivery with suppliers.
- Collect and maintain all documents related to each purchase order.
- Prepare invoices to be processed.
- Follow up with suppliers on the status of late purchase orders.
- Maintain up to date SDS (Safety Data Sheets) for all chemicals purchased for the plant, and follow up with suppliers on obtaining any missing SDS
- Contributes and adheres to all safety and quality requirements and objectives.
- Performs miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.
