Your area of responsibility:

Department of Social Affairs, Office for Housing and Migration, various locations in the city of Munich


Your tasks:


The Accommodation department operates eight emergency shelters, a housing project for young homeless adults (approximately 800 beds) and eleven facilities for refugee accommodation (decentralized accommodations approximately 1800 beds) in the city of Munich.

Your tasks include managing one of the above-mentioned facilities, particularly ensuring smooth operations and maintaining peace within the facility. You will also lead the security and service staff in terms of professional, personnel, and organizational aspects. Responsible monitoring of building security and initiating measures for building maintenance are also part of your duties.


What you need to bring:


  • Qualification for the third level of the administrative and financial career for the professional focuses of nontechnical administrative services and economics or
- a successfully completed specialist examination II or
- a successfully completed legal or economic university degree
