Our client, a leading multinational IPP company specializing in large-scale renewable energy projects, is seeking a Germany People Business Partner Director (m/f/d) in Hamburg, Germany. As the strategic partner of the business, your mission will be to identify and design the people strategy and execute it to support the company's growth and objectives. You will work closely with leaders in your area of responsibility to manage teams and individuals, while upholding the company's values and culture.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the origination team in Germany.

Oversee talent attraction processes and employer branding initiatives.

Support managers during the annual performance management cycle, providing guidance and collaborating on development actions.

Facilitate internal mobility processes to ensure efficiency.

Manage international mobility for employees in your area of responsibility.

Maintain the company's values and culture through HR policies and manage organizational change processes.

Act as the main point of contact for any questions or concerns raised by employees in your area and propose retention actions based on their priorities.

Report on key management indicators and provide periodic reports.

Take on a functional area within the HR function (such as Labor Relations, People Analytics, Talent Attraction and Management, etc.).
