JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Provides UX heuristic evaluations, performs web statistical analysis, identifies end user journey flows and other UX artifacts to create/adapt the Information Architecture (IA) of the new site.

Required Qualifications/Education/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or other relevant discipline.
Minimum 4 years of SharePoint development experience.
Minimum of 1 year working in an agile software development environment.
Demonstrated experience transitioning an agency or customer from SharePoint to Microsoft 365 or another software platform.
