Description

The Köhler nursing service looks back on a 30-year company history. We provide care for our clients through our outpatient nursing service, as well as partially stationary in our two short-term care facilities. In June 2023, we also opened our day care center in Salzgitter Lebenstedt.

We offer up to 22 guests the opportunity to visit our day care center from Monday to Friday.

We are currently seeking a Deputy Nursing Service Manager to join our team as soon as possible.

You will be welcomed by a great team that has already put a lot of heart and love into the station. Our structures are already solid, but we are always open to new creative ideas. Our motto for the day care center is: Let every day care day be the highlight of the week for our guests.

Responsibilities

You will be independently responsible for treatment care (which is rare, but still occurs), engaging our guests, and representing our nursing service manager. You will also play a leading role in implementing and developing our quality management.
