We have an exciting opportunity with the areas premier manufacturer looking to add a Skilled Shipping/Production Coordinator with expertise in SAP usage, order processing, and inventory management.

You should be detail-oriented and proficient in coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Utilize SAP for confirming production orders, creating shipping documents, generating production orders for Work in Progress (WIP), verifying inventory, tracking shipments, directing shipping, and troubleshooting problems with the DMO.
  • Create and process Coventry master data paperwork for new projects/part numbers.
  • Oversee all shipping and receiving activities in Coventry.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to manage all customer samples.
  • Provide clerical support to Coventry Production operations.
  • Act as the primary support for annual physical inventory.
  • Package and fulfill orders following customer and inhouse procedures, ensuring count, batch numbers, and labeling accuracy.
  • Prepare products for shipping, including packaging, labeling, and completing necessary documentation (e.g., packing lists in SAP).
  • Coordinate pickups with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Accept, receive, and distribute incoming orders and shipments.
  • Verify that incoming orders have been filled correctly against the packing list.
  • Record receipt of incoming shipments in the receiving log and/or SAP.
  • Provide accurate data to the accounting/purchasing departments regarding receipts.
  • Cut and prepare customer samples for shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and ISO regulations and adhere to safety guidelines.

Working Hours: 7:00AM - 3:00PM


Pay:
$19-$20.00/hr
