We are currently seeking a career minded, highly motivated, energetic, friendly, and sales-oriented
leader with excellent customer service and critical thinking skills for the leading roll as Store Manager of one of our properties in the Charlottesville area
. The position is responsible for the management and daily operations of our self-storage facilities, including but not limited to: customer relations, sales, office duties, and indoor/outdoor basic maintenance responsibilities.

Responsibilities:


  • Rental of storage units including preparation of rental agreements
  • Consult customers, sell, and up sell merchandise, protection plans, and rentals
  • Handling financial transactions, banking activities, and collections
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of all products, software programs, and services
  • Maintaining clean ready to rent units and a general curb appeal both inside and out
  • Other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:


  • A competitive drive to be a leader in all aspects of the business including sales. Leading to a record of top tier performance of key metrics and/or company standards of goals
  • Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
  • Ability to team lift/carry 50 lbs.
