    Job Title:
    Business Analyst with Scrum Master

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with Scrum Master to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing Agile methodologies to drive project success.

    As a Business Analyst with Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.


    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define project scope
    • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
    • Develop user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to guide project development
    • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and obstacles
    • Work proactively to address issues and make adjustments to project plans as needed
    • Provide guidance and training to team members on Agile best practices
    • Continuously assess and improve Agile processes to drive project efficiency and success

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fastpaced, Agile environment
    • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to prioritize competing demands and make informed decisions
    • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and diverse stakeholders
    • Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
