Starting in autumn 2024, we will be opening a new Caffè Ritazza at Düsseldorf Central Station.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager (m/w/d) to join our Caffè Ritazza team at Düsseldorf Central Station in a full-time, permanent position.

As an Assistant Manager (m/w/d), your responsibilities will include:

Implementing the concept with the goal of achieving maximum business results and analyzing key performance indicators to improve results
Ensuring smooth operation on a daily basis
Enforcing and implementing company standards and complying with food and hygiene regulations
Ensuring workplace safety.
