    Franklin Street is looking for a Senior Associate, Multifamily Investment Sales to join their team in Nashville, TN.

    • Position Overview:
    • Part of the Multifamily Investment Sales team in Nashville, TN
    • Responsible for transaction management and relationship development
    • Responsibilities:
    • Prospecting and Business Development
    • Cold outreach
    • Deal-making
    • Client meetings and presentations
    • Negotiating, property underwriting
    • Financial analysis
    • Transaction management
    • Database research
    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of Multifamily Investment Sales commercial real estate experience
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
    • Active Tennessee Real Estate license
    • Proficiency in commercial real estate underwriting
    • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
    • Mid-level to advanced MS Office Suite competencies
