Bethesda Country Club is hiring an
Assistant Tennis Pro/Tennis Concierge. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable experience.

Essential Functions:

Schedules and confirms reservations for services using the Club's reservation program
Submits recommendations for improvements for increased member and guest satisfaction
Completes daily checklist of all opening and closing shift duties
Assists with timely, accurate resolution of member/guest questions and complaints
Make themselves available at specific times to give private and group lessons to members and their guests.
Teach, coach, and play tennis. Teach adult and junior private, semiprivate and group tennis lessons. Teach and supervise tennis clinics and team tennis coaching, including round robin play and cardio tennis. Play as a fourth, and/or serve as a hitting partner, and/or substitute as requested/scheduled.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Expertise with all Microsoft Office program
Experience teaching/coaching tennis to juniors and adults of all ability levels; USTA 4.0 or higher required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, where change and improvement is always present
Availability to work an open schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends and Holidays
