Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for Teamcenter Infrastructure / Server Administration Responsible for picking PLM Tickets from the pool. Responsible for analyzing and categorizing the tickets. Would need to resolve the ticket for End User within SLA defined. Responsible to create Knowledge document for resolution of ticket. Collaborate with vendor support team to find solution for difficult tickets. Ensure improved End User experience and achieve improved Customer Satisfaction Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines. Working independently and confidently in analyzing customer requirements and transform them into workable solutions. Experience in Data migration, Customization, Implementation and Integration, Customization, Implementation, and integration Developing, Deploying the Enchantments and performing code fixes for building robust and reliable systems.

Handling the maintenance activities for application servers to run 24*7

Preparing the Technical and Functional document of the ticket s requirements before development.

Handling KT s and Knowledge gaps between teams.

Handling and preparing the DR (Disaster Recovery Plan) document
