Position Description:
The Computer Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in providing technical support to end users of information systems. This includes tasks such as testing applications, creating documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving hardware and software problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, although a suitable combination of education and experience can also be considered.
- Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and overseeing client server technology within a Windows environment is advantageous.
