Job Description:
As a Regional Director of Health Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational excellence of our Assisted Living and Memory Care departments across multiple communities
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing leadership and guidance to ensure alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for efficient operations and exceptional care.
Training and supporting staff members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and increase revenue while managing expenses effectively.
Overseeing relationships with third-party providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Collaborating with Corporate Leaders and community Executive Directors to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
Maintaining involvement with industry-related organizations and staying informed about industry trends and issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
Valid RN License.
Minimum of one year of experience in the senior living or elder care industry preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
