Responsibilities:
The ADON performs diverse duties to ensure resident care quality and will:
Oversee the infection Controle Program
Ensure continues and timely staff education according to state guidelines
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Manager to ensure residents and staff satisfaction
Key Duties:
Deliver safe and efficient care
Participate in nursing home survey process
Organize in-service and training programs
Requirements:
RN qualification
Longterm care leadership experience
Team-oriented
Infection Prevention Experience preferred
Experience training and educating others
