Description

We're currently looking to add a Receptionist to the team at our esteemed National Title Insurance company in Frisco. This position offers a 3-month contract term with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Operate a multi-line telephone system to manage incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate individuals or departments.
Answer inquiries and provide information to callers regarding company services, products, and policies.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for conference rooms and executive staff.
Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, and distribute them accordingly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines.
Provide general support to employees and visitors to ensure a positive experience with the company.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in a receptionist role or related field
Friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Lotus Notes
Ability to work effectively under immediate supervision
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
