- Plan and develop dealer/distributor network in specified territory according to agreed market development strategy.
- Motivate dealers and distributors to promote a portfolio of products and services.
- Educate growers, dealers & distributors on new products.
- Conduct direct farm visits to growers to promote and sell a portfolio of products
- Conduct direct visits to dealers and distributors to assist in selling a portfolio of products
- Sell and service equipment related to the application of fertilizer products
- Install and help to install equipment related to the application of fertilizer products
- Sell storage tanks as related to storage of fertilizer products
- Deliver fertilizer, parts & equipment, and storage tanks to dealers and farmers as required
- Conduct grower meetings to promote the use of products
- Attend farm shows to promote the use of products and services
- Locate and develop test plot locations for the research & development program
- Manage and collect accounts receivable as required to keep receivables current
- Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time
- In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $89,400 to $125,280. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for commission, vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
