    The Account Executive is a key company representative and Senior member of the Branch Sales Team.

    In the role of Account Executive, the AE will support the Director of Sales in mentoring the Branch Clinical Respiratory Sales team in building relationships with referral sources such as:
    Physicians, Case Managers, Respiratory Therapy Departments, Dietitians, Payors, Providers, Corporations, Unions and Managed Care organizations.

    Responsibility includes assessing opportunities and utilizing internal and external resources to solidify relationships that will increase profitable net revenues to meet budget objectives.

    The successful candidate should be proficient in all phases of hospital based respiratory sales or relatable industry such as Home Health, Infusion etc.

    The ideal candidate will be experienced with increasing referrals through promotion of core services to demanding referral sources as well as ability to meet or exceed budgeted goal through focused business initiatives and mentoring the Branch Clinicals Respiratory Liaison sales team.

    Experience working with health systems selling respiratory services
    Must have medical sales experience
    A respiratory therapist with a current RCP state licensure is a must
    Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills. Must have adequate PC skills to use e-mail and update nursing notes and other documentation electronically in a timely manner
    Supports the Director of Sales with the development and implementation of Clinical Programs with best practices in assigned market
    Conducts activities with a mindset of delivering "white glove" service to the referral sources and patients/family members
    Projects a positive attitude at all times with referral sources and patients/family members and gets involved in PromptCare's employee activities
    Attend staff meetings, teleconferences and patient care conferences as needed
    Understand and follow PromptCare's employee policies and procedures
