    The Opportunity

    The People Technology Analyst will administer HR systems, with focus in the Workday platform, and their related processes to ensure effective enterprise operations.

    Day in the Life

  • Provide day-to-day HCM (Workday) support including troubleshooting data and system issues, research configurations, recommending solutions, and implementing improvements and fixes in a timely fashion.
  • Evaluate current state of assigned modules in current Workday system, then research, identify, and recommend improvements to enhance functionality, process efficiency, and user experience, whether through current system upgrades or new solutions.
  • They will assist the Lead and Vice President with initiatives aimed at ensuring quality, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all systems, as well as efficient execution of data and workflows and related business processes.
  • Creates, edits, and enhances standard and ad hoc queries or reports. This may include analytical reporting as well as ad hoc and scheduled reports for metrics, compliance, and other HR data or company needs.
  • Provide support to SMEs in each area and answering employee and manager help tickets in Workday.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and external partners to solve problems and achieve/exceed the goals of our customers within the constraints of the business and system capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain Workday functions, such as performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, benefits, and employee relations, as assigned.
  • Partner with Sr. Analyst to review scheduled Workday releases from end-to-end, scope level of effort and impact on business, and make recommendation on processes that drive optimal HCM effectiveness; participate in UAT exercises, coordinating with impacted stakeholders); perform bug fixes and ensure new functionality works as expected.
  • Test, solution, and certify integrity of automated solutions and programs.
  • Execute small to mid-sized HR projects/initiatives, from design through implementation phase, and provide project support on enterprise-wide projects/initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats and build effective relationships with all levels within the organization
  • Translate technical parameters into user-friendly terminology for HR clients
  • Balance multiple projects, work in fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Supports technical needs for annual events such as merit, bonus, performance reviews, benefits enrollment, etc.
  • Prepares and maintains end-user documentation or Workday training materials.
  • Assists in maintenance and audits of all user accounts and security protocols.
  • Provide support to SMEs in each area and answering employee and manager help tickets in Workday.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and experience in related field required.
  • Two years HRIS experience in a Workday environment or five years combination of HRIS/Workday and other areas of HR.
  • Workday technical experience required
  • Experience with report writing, data audits, and process and integration understanding and processing.
  • Ability to develop, sponsor, or support the introduction of new and improved methods, products, procedures, or technologies
  • Ability to be flexible and work under high pressure in a complex environment
  • Ability to apply sound judgment in making decisions in accordance with operational policies and practices of the organization
  • For California, Colorado and New York Applicants: In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:

    $60, $75,500.00

    Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
