WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Head of the Project Team Operations (Work Preparation, Production Control, Material Management and Production)
Responsibility for quality, costs, deadlines and risk management in the Operations department
Regular coordination of work packages within the project team Operations
Management of time and resource planning in proposal and contract negotiations
Ensuring meaningful project controlling including associated control loops
Creation and implementation of a project reporting system
Scheduling of relevant milestones
Transfer of processes and workflows in an international environment


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
Experience in project management
First experience in project management desired
Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good written and spoken English skills
Resilience, flexibility and independence
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to occasionally travel internationally
