- We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of personnel development/training.
Due to a retirement, we are seeking a friendly and solution-oriented individual who is looking for a role with a lot of creative freedom, and who possesses empathy and a thirst for knowledge.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, serviceoriented, independent, and organized work style
- Proficient in using modern media and good MS Office skills
- Flexibility and enjoyment of working in a team
Your main responsibilities:
- You will play a key role in creating and developing our training program
- You will be responsible for conceptualizing and planning training events for all professional groups within our organization
- You will support and promote our inperson and online events, and act as a competent and advisory contact for all involved parties
- You will also handle all administrative tasks related to training, such as issuing participation certificates, invoicing, and evaluating training events
- You will also be responsible for calculating and monitoring the costs of training events
