Arizona Community Physicians (ACP) is the largest private practice group in Tucson. Founded 30 years ago, it serves the community with over 100 physicians in practice.
ACP has a unique, hybrid practice model where you can enjoy the SCHEDULING AUTONOMY and FLEXIBILITY found in a typical private practice setting, but also benefit from the work of a well-structured administrative/operations team that manages vast tasks from hiring staff to medical insurance contract negotiations, etc.
Income ranges from $250-450/year depending on panel size, work schedule, etc.
The combination of schedule autonomy and high pay, translate into a better work-life balance for you and your family.
Lastly, this practice model is a phenomenal way to increase your skills in business management and leadership, depending on how involved you choose to be in company's and your practice's day-to-day decision making.
