We are on the lookout for a Patient Support Coach for our office in Queen Creek, AZ. Your main role will involve aiding patients in their healing journey through TMS treatment.

Trigger Warning: Working with individuals dealing with suicidal thoughts, supporting PTSD patients through their trauma, and being responsible for their care might be sensitive for some individuals.

Responsibilities

Represent Serenity Healthcare professionally
Provide personalized coaching and unwavering support to patients during their treatment
Complete Serenity's paid TMS training program successfully
Take ownership of patient treatment outcomes

Qualifications

High School Diploma/ GED required
Demonstrated strong customer service orientation
Minimum of three years' experience in customer service
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math proficiency
Proficient in de-escalation techniques and adept at building connections with individuals
