Job Description:

As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.


Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointments
• Assist with patient intake, including collecting and updating patient information
• Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Medical background with a strong understanding of medical terminology
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate adaptability in a fastpaced environment
• Previous experience working in a medical office setting (required)
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
